CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
Manny Rutinel is running to represent Colorado’s 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He has served as an economist for the US Army Corps of Engineers, became a first responder after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico and graduated from Yale Law School.
