CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
Eli Savit is running for Attorney General of Michigan. He is a former public school teacher, U.S. Supreme Court clerk, and prosecutor. During his career, he has worked on lawsuits against corporations who polluted Michigan’s air and water with PFAS and other forever toxic chemicals. If elected, he will be the first Attorney General in Michigan history to have previously practiced as an environmental lawyer on behalf of states. If elected, he will work to hold polluters accountable and to protect Michigan’s air, water, and Great Lakes.
