CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
Josh Thomas is running to represent Virginia’s 21st District in the Virginia House of Delegates. He is a Marine combat veteran, husband, father, attorney, and Delegate representing West Prince William County. He is a leader who knows the true meaning of service. He answered the call to fight for our country after 9/11, braved the dangers of the pandemic as a member of the Virginia Reserve Medical Corps, and has fought for Virginians as an attorney. As Delegate, he advocates for safe communities, lower costs, world-class education, and an economy that works for everyone in Virginia. He will continue to advocate for clean energy legislation and programs that allow greater access for individuals to take advantage of energy-saving resources in their own homes. Josh will fight for increased oversight of Virginia’s energy monopoly to alleviate the energy burden on families.
