The first $14,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $20,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated equally between Debbie Dingell for Congress and the DCCC. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution to Debbie Dingell for Congress and will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated equally between Wolverine PAC and the DCCC. The next $32,300 from a person will be allocated to the DCCC. All amounts in excess of these amounts, up to the legal limits, will be allocated to the DCCC’s building fund or recount fund in the DCCC’s sole discretion. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
