Whitesides Victory Fund

The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows:

For contributions from multicandidate PACs, the first $10,000 of each contribution made through the date of the 2024 primary election will be allocated to George Whitesides for Congress with the first $5,000 allocated to the primary election, and the second $5,000 allocated to the general election; after the primary, the first $5,000 will be allocated to George Whitesides for Congress for the general election. The next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal account. For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, the first $6,600 of each contribution made through the primary will be allocated to George Whitesides for Congress with the first $3,300 allocated to the primary election, and the second $3,300 allocated to the general election; after the primary, the first $3,300 will be allocated to George Whitesides for Congress for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal account.
