Talarico Victory Fund

Contributions or gifts to Talarico Victory Fund are not tax-deductible. The first $3,500 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Talarico for Texas and will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Texas Democratic Party. The next $44,300 of each contribution from a person and $15,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and will be designated for the DSCC’s general fund. The next $265,800 from a person and $90,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and will be designated for the DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits. A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election.
