Ossoff Victory Fund

The first $7,000/$10,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate. The first$3,500/$5,000 of a person/multicandidate PAC will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,500/$5,000.00 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate and designated for the general election unless the primary election has already occurred, in which case the contributions will be considered designated only to the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to the Georgia Federal Elections Committee. The next $2,500 from a person or multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Health Jobs Justice. The next $44,300/$15,000.00 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to the DSCC general fund. The next $2,500 from a person or multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Health Jobs Justice. The next $3,500/$5,000 of a person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate and designated for the runoff election. The final $265,800/$90,000 from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to the DSCC headquarters and legal accounts.

Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular authorizing entity. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election.
