Contributions or gifts to North Country victory fund are not tax deductible. The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: The first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Blake for the North Country and designated for the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to the New York State Democratic Party Federal Account. Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
