Mark Kelly Victory Fund

Contributions or gifts to Mark Kelly Victory Fund are not tax deductible. All contributions to Mark Kelly Victory Fund will be split equally among all participants. Liftoff PAC may receive up to $5,000 per calendar year from all sources. Mark Kelly for Senate may receive $7,000 of each contribution from a person and $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”). The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The Arizona Democratic Party may receive up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a PAC each calendar year. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
