Committee profile pages are paid for by the League of Conservation Voters Action Fund, www.lcvactionfund.org, and authorized by the committee.

The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a
multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Troy Jackson for Maine and will
be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person
and $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the Maine Democratic Party. The next
$310,100 of each contribution from a person and $105,000 from a PAC will be allocated
to DSCC and will be designated first for DSCC's general fund, up to $44,300 for a person
and $15,000 for a PAC, and thereafter for DSCC's headquarters fund or voter
protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits.

A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The
allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive
contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election.
