Lujan Victory Fund

Contributions or gifts to Lujan Victory Fund are not tax deductible. People for Ben does not accept corporate PAC contributions. Paid for by Lujan Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee authorized by People for Ben, Democratic Party of New Mexico, and Turquoise PAC. The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: The first $3,500/$7,000 contribution from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to People for Ben and designated to the primary election. The next $3,500/$7,000 contribution from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to People for Ben and designated to the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Democratic Party of New Mexico. The remaining funds will be allocated to Turquoise PAC./n/nAny contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular authorizing entity. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
