Best Efforts Disclaimer: Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Allocation Formula: The first $10,000 of each contribution from a person or multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly between Liftoff PAC and DSCC. Any contribution exceeding this amount will be allocated to DSCC. Contributions allocated to DSCC will first be designated for DSCC’s general fund and then to DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund, up to the legal limits.

Contributions or gifts to DSCC Liftoff Fund 2026 are not tax deductible. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
