Behn Victory Fund

Contributions to Behn Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: Contributions or gifts to Behn Victory Fund are not tax deductible. The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Aftyn Behn for Congress and will be designated for the special general election. The next $3,500 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Aftyn Behn for Congress and will be designated for the special primary election debt retirement for Aftyn Behn for Congress. $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to Tennessee Democratic Party. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance2@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
