CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
Representative Tim Kennedy is running for a a second full full term to represent New York’s 26th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. In April of 2024, Tim Kennedy won a special election to finish off the term started by Rep. Brian Higgins.
He will continue to advocate for increasing investments to transportation and infrastructure funding. While serving in the New York state legislature, he served as the Chair of the Senate Transportation Committee where he led the charge to increase funding to Buffalo’s metro rail, roads, and other infrastructure projects.
