CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

James Talarico is running to represent Texas in the U.S. Senate. He is a former public school teacher and Presbyterian seminarian. He currently serves in the Texas state legislature. He is committed to strengthening clean air and water protections, improving the reliability of the Texas energy grid to better prepare for dangerous weather events, and lowering energy costs.
