Joe Biden

The Biden Victory Fund is a joint fundraising effort between Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and state parties.

The DNC is critical to helping reelect Joe Biden - as well as pro-environment Democrats up and down the ticket - and this joint committee will allow you to have an even bigger impact on the election by contributing to the fullest extent possible under federal campaign finance law. Making this contribution through GiveGreen helps send a signal to both President Biden and the DNC that donors view climate as a critical issue in this election and will help ensure he continues to prioritizes climate action as president.

Biden Victory Fund accepts contributions of up to $929,600 from a person and $415,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”).

How to Contribute:

  • Online via credit card or electronic check
  • Physical check:  If you prefer to send a check, please contact jlinn@givegreen.com for the mailing address.
  • Wire: For contributions over $50,000, donors have the option to make the contribution via wire transfer. In step 3 of check out, select the “wire transfer” option and submit your contribution. An email will be sent to the email associated with the account with wire instructions (if the wire instructions need to go to an additional email address, add the address when prompted during check out).

Contributions to the Biden Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:

Biden Victory Fund accepts contributions of up to $929,600 from a person and $415,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”). The first $6,600/$10,000 from a person/PAC will be allocated to Biden for President, with the first $3,300/$5,000 designated for the primary and the next $3,300/$5,000 for the general election. The next $41,300/$15,000 from a person/PAC will be allocated to the DNC. The next $510,000/$255,000 from a person/PAC will be split equally among the Democratic state parties from: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY. Any additional funds will be allocated to the DNC, subject to applicable contribution limits. A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting contact@joebiden.com.  The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections, may be spent on any activity as each committee determines in its sole discretion, and will not be earmarked for any particular candidate. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. Biden Victory Fund does not accept contributions from corporations or their PACs, unions, federal contractors, national banks, those registered as federal lobbyists or under FARA, SEC-named executives of fossil fuel companies, or foreign nationals.

Contributions or gifts to Biden Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
