Climate Leaders for Biden

Biden Victory Fund

The Biden Victory Fund is a joint fundraising effort between Joe Biden’s presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC). We know that winning this election may be our last chance to address the climate crisis and chart a different course for our planet. Contributing through GiveGreen helps send a signal to both Vice President Biden and the DNC that donors view climate as a critical issue in this election and want action from our next president. More information about the Victory Fund can be found below.

*The first $5,600 from a person will be allocated to Biden for President, with the first $2,800 designated for the primary and the next $2,800 for the general election. The next $50,000 from a person will be allocated to the DNC. The next $150,000 will be split equally among the Democratic state parties from: AZ, CO, FL, GA, MI, MN, NC, NE, NH, NV, OH, PA, TX, VA, and WI. The next $110,000 will be split equally among the Democratic state parties from: AL, DE, KS, LA, MA, MD, MS, NJ, NY, VT, and WV. Any additional funds will be allocated to the DNC, subject to applicable contribution limits. The allocation listed above may change if a contributor designates their contribution for a particular participant(s) or if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections, may be spent on any activities of the participants as each committee determines in its sole discretion, and will not be earmarked for any particular candidate.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. The Biden Victory Fund does not accept contributions from corporations or their PACs, unions, federal contractors, national banks, those registered as federal lobbyists or under FARA, SEC-named executives of fossil fuel companies, or foreign nationals.
