Jacky Rosen Victory Fund

Contributions or gifts to Jacky Rosen Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of all individuals who contribute more than $200 in an election cycle.

The first $6,600/$10,000 of each contribution from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Rosen for Nevada. The next $5,000/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Smart Solutions PAC. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
