Cantwell Victory 2024

Contributions to Cantwell Victory 2024 are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to Cantwell Victory 2024 are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act.

By law, contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, or foreign nationals cannot be accepted. Contributions may not be reimbursed by any other person.

The first $6,600 of each contribution from a non-political action committee person will be allocated to Friends of Maria. The first $3,300 of that person's contribution will be considered designated for the primary election; the second $3,300 will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a non-political action committee person will be allocated to the Washington State Democratic Central Committee.

Any contribution from a political action committee will be designated entirely for the Washington State Democratic Central Committee. Friends of Maria does not accept PAC contributions. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
