Baldwin Wisconsin Victory Fund

Contributions to Baldwin Wisconsin Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:

Of contributions received through the day of the Wisconsin primary election, the first $6,600/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate. $3,300/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution will be considered designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.

Of contributions received the day after the Wisconsin primary election through the day of the Wisconsin general election, the first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate and will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.

Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@tammybaldwin.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
