Representative Ann McLane Kuster is running for a seventh term to represent New Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional District. Kuster previously served as an attorney. A member of the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition, Kuster is a strong voice for New Hampshire’s environment and addressing climate change. She passed an amendment to the Farm Bill that increased funding for protecting wildlife habitats across the country. In Congress, Kuster will continue to be a leading voice to ensure environmental concerns are addressed for the proposed Kinder Morgan Pipeline to transport natural gas through New Hampshire and for the proposal for the Portland-Montreal Pipeline to transport Canadian oil sands across the northern part of the state for export. Representative Kuster has earned a 95% lifetime score on LCV’s National Environmental Scorecard.
